Wine and Beer.. Is it good to health?

Are Wine and Beer good to health? If you are regular to pub, then this will be a itching question for you.

We here give you the answer for all these questions. "WINE AND BEER".. which is better?" and "WINE OR BEER".. Which is good to health?

A survey states that nearly 43% of Americans have changed their sip from wine to beer.

There are three kinds of drinks in general:


1. Wine

2. Beer


3. Hard Drinks (Brandy, Wisky, etc)

As their number indicates they are more healthy and costly. Wine is more healthy than Beer. Hard Drinks will never be a healthy one to you.

Even too much of Wine or Beer will be hazardous to health.

So try to be in limit, even it may be Wine or Beer.

Certain levels of these drinks will raise cholesterol and as a result it decrease blood clots, which cause heart attacks and strokes.

Researcher and Biotechnologists state that it is better to drink only two glasses for men and only one glass for women daily for a good health. Anything more than that will create problems to your health.

Some feel more relaxed when they have a cup of beer or wine at stressful situations.

To say the truth this wont be a better option. It is better to do yoga when you are at stressful situation.

So Stop drinking wine or beer for mental relaxation. It will make you addict.

Note the point within the limit Wine and Beer will be a good option. If you are going to go beyond the limit then even pure water will be a poison.

Wine:

1. Drinking wine will increase your life span. It is a proved one that Wine drinkers will have less chance of getting heart attack and Cancer than those who don't drink Wine normally.

2. Wine Drinkers will get more hungry and as a result they will be more healthy. If you drink Wine your hormones will make you to love fruits and vegetables.

To say the truth Wine is better than Beer. Although it is costly you can get more healthy when you drink wine in limit when compared with drinking beer in limit.

Beer:

1. If you think Wine is better, then beer will also have some advantages. A research states that Beer is more nutritious than Wine.

The more important thing is that you should get a well preserved and refrigerated wine or beer. To say in clear get a branded beer or wine from a reputed Beer producers.

2. As wine reduces chance of heart disease, beer also reduces the chance of heart disease.

2001 Czech Republic study found that vitamin B6 in beer reduces the buildup of the amino acid homocysteine in the blood, which has been linked to heart disease.


What is the final conclusion for "Wine or Beer"

To say the truth both are good when they are taken within the limit. But red wine is the best of all.
